Cancellation Policy

A single appointment modification is acceptable with a minimum 48 hour notice. To request any changes to your reservation, kindly reach out to us via DM or colourbykim.sg@gmail.com. Appointments delayed beyond 20 minutes will be deemed canceled and refunds will not be granted. Should you require any scheduling modifications, we kindly request to notify us at least 48 hours in advance. The consultation will proceed if all guests arrive within 20 minutes after the scheduled time. However, to ensure the best consultation possible, we kindly request our guests to ensure punctuality for the appointments. All payments made are non-refundable.
